Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and of the Interium software (the “Software”). By downloading or running the Software, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Software.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software on your own devices. You may not:

• resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the Software or any file delivered with it;
• decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the Software or its loader, except where the law gives you that right;
• remove or alter any notices in the Software.

Third-party games and your risk

The Software is designed for use with Counter-Strike 2. Interium is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and related names are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

Using software like this can break a game’s rules and may lead to penalties such as bans, lost access, or lost items or accounts. We do not guarantee that the Software will go undetected or keep working after a game update. You use the Software entirely at your own risk and are responsible for following the rules of any game or service you use it with.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Software or this website for anything unlawful;
• attempt to access, probe or overload our servers, storage or private endpoints;
• use the Software to harass others or to interfere with services you have no right to interfere with;
• share your access with other people.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Software or this website at any time. Updates may be needed for the Software to keep working. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Purchases and refunds

Where access is sold, the price and any conditions are shown before you buy. Because the Software is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the Software or our services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the disclaimers and limits of liability, continue to apply.

Disclaimer

The Software and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of accounts, items, data, profits or access to third-party services, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Software or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
